1. Make a list of things in one Diary Named "Daily Target" you would want to get done the next day the task you have written in diary.
2. Turn your mobile and its data off, switch it on silent mode, Do not Disturb Mode and keep your mobile phone at a fair distance from your bed.
3. Always brush your teeth at Night and follow a skin-caring routine before going to bed.
4. Have your Dinner at least one and a half hours before going to bed to Sleep.
5. Avoid using any type of Screen at least 45 minutes before going to Sleep
6. Consider mostly meditating in a dark room if you are suffering from insomnia. either Medidate in the open air or Sky.
7. Take positive Knowledge or try reading books or Listening to Book FM.
8. Try to sleep before 10:00pm
9. Go for a walk after taking Dinner.
10. When you feel like hitting your head on the pillow, it's an indication to sleep. Don't fall into the trap of your Mind thoughts else, your night Will end up staring at the ceiling for hours.
